Port Augusta West Primary School accepts enrolments for Reception students and new students that reside in the zone.
Families will need to provide evidence that they reside within the zoned area.
Further information regarding enrolment acceptance can be discussed with the Principal.
Once your child’s enrolment has been accepted you will be issued with an enrolment pack which will include the enrolment form, consent forms and contact card.
NOTE: The enrolment form must be collected from the school once it has been confirmed your child has been accepted.
NOTE: When submitting your childs’ enrolment form and other consent forms, you will also need to provide proof of residency.
